The Seeds to Solutions program strives to cultivate classrooms where teachers have the support to realize their goals and students can be empowered and engaged. For this reason, we make our publications, resources, presentations, learning tools, professional learning tools, and collection of student work freely available to users.
Changes to the Terms of Use and the Website
We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Use occasionally, at our discretion and without notice. Your continued use of the Website after publishing updated Terms of Use means you accept and agree to the changes.
Accessing the Website, Security, and Privacy
We can’t guarantee that the Website will always be up and running. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict users’ access to some features. In any case, we will not be liable if all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any period, or for any data loss.
You may use the Website without registration, but you must fill out a form to access certain parts of the website. All information about you must be truthful, and you may not use aliases or other means to mask your true identity. Seeds to Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access if you do not adhere to our form requirements.

The Website also offers additional content, including the classroom curriculum and professional learning resources created by the San Mateo County Office of Education, Ten Strands, and their partners, which may be accessed only after the user submits specified contact information. By accessing, downloading, or distributing the Seeds to Solutions materials located on the Website, you agree to abide by the applicable license.
The Seeds to Solutions name, brand, and trademarks cannot be used with any commercial marketing or distribution of products or services without prior written agreement from the San Mateo County Office of Education and Ten Strands.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosures
Some images or language used on the Website or in our newsletter may be generated or enhanced using AI tools. We strive to use AI ethically, transparently, and in accordance with copyright and licensing best practices. All AI-generated content was reviewed and curated by human authors. We avoid depicting real individuals or misrepresenting factual information. However, we cannot guarantee all information is free from error.
